Pros

Working with customers and following the vehicle repair process from start to finish. The large corporation was appealing at first.

Cons

The management is not organized and have no real accountability for people employed there. They do not treat all employees the same.

Pros

The people at the shops who work hard every day. Those are the people that deserve the most and get the least.

Cons

Corrupt Directors and VP's that turn a blind eye. Constant micromanaging and abuse of power by upper management towards the people in the shops.

Pros

They offer a decent benefit package. The 401k match is good and it's cool that they start from day one

Cons

Your required to work way too many hours. Management is a real mess and there are no guidelines to keep people on the same page. Wish there was more of an emphasis on quality instead of quantity.
