Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Many job titles and the descriptions are clear.

Cons

Senior management lacks at solidly supporting their shops in some areas. This has created a self managed chaos in many shops.

Pros

Learn new things. My immediate boss is great.

Cons

Female regional management is very out of touch and is horrible to work with. Low pay for insane work life and punished when you work more than upper management wants to pay for!

Pros

Training for individuals is good

Cons

Senior management does not practice what they preach. Friends get promoted at senior level in operations and do whatever they want
