From what Caiber offer as an Employer it sound like a very great company to work for. Looking at the review in different states its look like the employees are happy.

Cons

In Florida its the opposite. The employees are very disgruntled with the Regional Managers and their hiring practice. They promise you everything and show nothing. They have a Manual on their repair process and ask you to win the costumer and they can't win and retain their own employees.

This is truly the best place to work in the body shop industry. The pay is extremely competitive and a wonderful place to work. I never dread coming into work with this company. The company is very progressive and promotes from within the company.

Cons

None great company to work for.
