Pros

Not many that I can think of

Cons

Our shop was bought by Caliber Collision and immediately started changing the way things were being done. They took a successful, fully functioning shop and turned it into a disfunctional shop. Employees left ( GOOD ONES ) Upper management didn't seem to care about the employees. They only cared about turning around vehicles in a time frame that is sketchy at best

Pros

Rapidly growing company, because it's in the middle of a rollup, will probably be sold or go public in the next few months or years. There is money to be made, but expect to pay your dues before you get it.

Cons

Job is very high paced, most people fail at it even if they seem to be a perfect candidate. It's not really worth the money and you may feel some pressure to do things that aren't always on the up and up to meet certain KPIs. Expect to work 55-70 hours a week and not see your bonuses until you are a seasoned veteran.
