Pros

Laid back environment when it came to building relationships with the team

Cons

Pay, work life balance, expectations, false promises made to employees. My manager gave my position away when I went off to active duty, when I came back he offered me lower pay and to relocate to another location adding 45 min to my drive. Toxic leadership... A lot of politics... Low pay...expect to put 50-60 hours in a week.. And don't expect to be treated fairly. Senior writers get the best accounts while junior writers get to starve and get eaten alive.

Pros

Nothing positive to say about Caliber.

Cons

A lot of corporate expectations for management without the support system for success. Our body shop was bought by Caliber and employees who worked for the independent owner for several years were the first to go. Good people with loyal service starting over again because of greediness. They hire illegal immigrants with false documents and employees are told to turn their heads.
