Pros

A few genuinely good people you might meet. The hours if you're looking for the 9-5 Hour lunch ?

Cons

Lets start off with the PAY! Over worked position, too many responsibilities and high expectations! Hard to stay motivated while working at a million dollar body shop, to be hired by one of the largest collision centers in the country while being paid $10.00 an HOUR!
