Solid growing company, many opportunities to advance in all avenues. Good culture & always looking for ways to improve. Willing to train team members that want advance there career.

Cons

Rapid pace not good if looking to coast. Goal orientated expect goals/ work to be done on time and to completion. Not a nine to five job.

I have worked at many collision repair shops in my career , but none with the opportunities that are available to anyone who works here. You can start sweeping the floors, detailing cars or even a customer service representative and have an opportunity to one day climb all the way to the top. We are provided world class training to develop us to have no boundaries on the amount of success we can achieve only the ones we place on our own. If you are just looking for a job it is a great opportunity. If you are searching for an amazing career with limitless potential we are the place you have been looking for. If you ever have a chance to get on board with us make sure you jump on it fast .
