Pros

If you want to work for a company that believes in you as an individual, Caliber Collision is the right place for you. Employee satisfaction and customer service are the two #1 focuses for the company. We currently have 450 locations nationwide, and more are showing up on a weekly basis. Caliber is all about putting you in the position that is right for you, and giving you the training that you need to get to the position you want to be in. Over all this is a great company. I plan on being here for a long time.

Cons

Working for Corporate America, they are always on you about over time. It is sometimes really hard to accomplish what you need to get done in 40 hours a week
