Pros

- Immediate benefits There really aren't many pros about working at Caliber Collision. It's a poor place to work. Management is very unsupportive, they play favorites, and there's no room to advance or make anything of yourself unless you're in their clique

Cons

- High priced insurance - Long hours (10+ hour days) - No work life balance - Uneducated and deceitful management. Lies, false promises. - Too much work for very little pay. - Treating employees like numbers instead of people. - Immaturity in managers (my office manager would curse in front of customers, wiggle her butt on the technicians, and talk about her private romance life on the job) - Management pawns work off on everybody else. Refuses to do their own work.

Pros

There is a great deal of growth, opportunities for entry positions are available is most markets and the potential of those opportunities to grow into careers that are fulfilling and engaging are fantastic. There is also many acquisitions that open new markets and keeps all of the staff in the centers being acquired, and from day one they have full benefits and the opportunities of belonging to the biggest MSO on planet earth! You simply have to want it and Caliber provides its engaged teammates a career that is never settled, there is always new and exciting things happening.

Cons

Every company has cons, but the more I engage with teammates across the country I find that it is a matter of how much the teammate enjoys what they do, the joy, pride and ultimate fulfillment. If you fully commit to besting YOUR best, I do not think you will find anything stopping you from moving towards a career you enjoy!
