This is my first job ever and I am grateful for the opportunity. I graduated from UTI and was trying to get a job in a body shop. I was having a difficult time, because I didn't have any experience. My friend told me about Caliber and how much he liked the new shop he was working at. I interviewed with the manager and she was very helpful and gave me a chance to get my foot in the door. I like my teammates, they all have a good attitude and a good shop atmosphere.

Cons

I don't think the shop has any downsides.

Pros

Personally, the leadership team and senior management support have been the biggest pros for me. I have grown so much, in my personal life and in my career endeavors, because of the many avenues Caliber has opened up for me. I also believe we also some of the best benefits around. We truly care about our teammates and don’t take them for granted. We appreciate each other and understand that every job we do requires a true team effort.

Cons

None. But, I know the door is always open should I wish to speak with anyone from our leadership team.
