Pros

They talk a good game and appear to care about the employees

Cons

The SA position sucks. Way too much responsibility but no compensation to reflect it. Company merged with Abra, but still run by the same middle management that hasn't been able to make budget in the market for two years. 6 months into the merger and no compensation plan in place.

Fired without cause

Pros

Literally no positive thing to say.

Cons

This company bought my prior company Abra and within one month I was accused of making a racial slur and fired without any investigation at all. I denied making the statement but they didn’t care. They also didn’t care that no one else could confirm the allegation. I was fired on the spot and walked out the door after several years working for ABRA.
