Everyday the growth of Caliber opens up new opportunities for our teammates from coast to coast. What I like the most is being part of a Jr Techs move to full blown Techs, Detailers getting the opportunity to move into a Service Advisor role, and Service Advisors to General Managers! Everything is earned, go get it.

Cons

Let's be real here. With fast growth like the merger of Abra comes with some hiccups. Our support team in Texas is doing everything as fast as they can. Once the merging of shops is complete I know it will be back to the way it was. There is a lot on their plates and only so many hours in the day.
