Pros

They are always hiring, so they will likely have a position for you! You don't even have to have experience!

Cons

They are always hiring because of their ridiculously high rate of attrition. They go out of their way to make sure you know that you are replaceable while simultaneously making it known that you're not promotable because of your proficiency in your current position. And when you finally give up and find another job, nobody will even care that you're leaving.
