They are always hiring, so they will likely have a position for you! You don't even have to have experience!

Cons

They are always hiring because of their ridiculously high rate of attrition. They go out of their way to make sure you know that you are replaceable while simultaneously making it known that you're not promotable because of your proficiency in your current position. And when you finally give up and find another job, nobody will even care that you're leaving.

Management doesn’t listen to concerns or respond to concerns. High turn over rate. Management does not take care of their employees. Paychecks aren’t stable. You will NEVER get a raise. No matter what your work performance is.

Finding good people is tough in the industry. If we could change the pay plans for techs and SAs, we could be more attractive to find the BEST teammates. Also parts training is a must..
