Monday though Friday there are some people that work here that are nice to work with

Cons

We had an associate that contracted the Coronavirus. Management didn’t inform us until days later, there is no 2 time a day Sanitizing . There is no mask to were and when you ask they just tell you no one has them

Pros

Benefits are improved from Abra but could still be better, Abra's weren't great. Caliber seems to be invested in training.

Cons

Need more vacation/sick time. District and Regional management need to manage like Caliber wants them to, not like they used to at Abra. Constant harassment from upper management threatening to fire you do not hit "plan".
