Shop barbecues, killer Christmas party, co-workers were great guys!

Cons

Poor allocation procedures for work orders. Had to allocate my own work instead of service advisors or production manager doing it. Spent a lot of time on computer instead of fixing vehicles.

Pros

My teammates were great people to work with and were always willing to help me when I needed it.

Cons

High stress, complicated, low paying position. Managers were very vague about the reason they needed to let me go and during my employment was not clear on what exactly was expected of me. They brought up a few performance issues, which I was told I had corrected, but were not telling me everything I needed to know to meet their standards.

Good people at store locations.

Cons

Regional Managers are only interested in numbers. Repairs are done improperly and of poor quality. The service advisors are expected to sell repairs of little or no quality to customers. End of Month is a joke we push everything out the door regardless of quality. When the negative surveys come in it's all on you. Stay away if at all possible.
