Pros

Good people at store locations.

Cons

Regional Managers are only interested in numbers. Repairs are done improperly and of poor quality. The service advisors are expected to sell repairs of little or no quality to customers. End of Month is a joke we push everything out the door regardless of quality. When the negative surveys come in it's all on you. Stay away if at all possible.

Benefits, events, meeting were always great, and management is awesome.

Pros

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

Cons

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
