Pros

Depending on region, manager, and location Caliber offers valuable flexibility and time off, which has been a significant benefit in my role.

Cons

Caliber’s focus on profit has led to several significant issues. The company does not offer raises unless specifically requested, and employees are consistently overworked, understaffed, and underpaid. The health insurance, which was once a strong benefit, has been downgraded as the company prioritizes revenue. Incentives, such as lunches for employees in my role and the Toys for Tots drive, have been eliminated, and even overtime has been restricted. These recent financial cutbacks demonstrate a clear shift toward cost-cutting at the expense of employee well-being and morale.

Pros

Great energy, Friday breakfasts, lots of events. My VP had my back and made that clear to me/us on a daily basis.

Cons

Left because everything was urgent all of the time. If EVP, COO, CEO thought it was a good idea, it had to be turned around immediately. Pay is significantly lower than similar positions in other industries. Limited room for advancement unless someone leaves. Understaffed, and everyone is constantly giving 10/10. Benefits are among the most expensive I've ever seen, 401k is among the worst I've ever had. The requirement to be in office all the time was a tough one, especially compared to the flexibility out there right now.
