Pros

Other estimators good to work with

Cons

No training. Minamal upfront then always felt you were on your own to fail. Insurance putting more on shops to do as they minimize there staff so caliber forcing it on shop to handle more while making it harder to make better commissions. Threat to have work taken away when you can’t meet there unrealistic metric while taking on the amount of work you need to sustain a bare minimal commission. Because your customer service bonus is shot because you can’t keep up with work load and on going changes required to stay ahead.
