Pros

Nothing positive to say about Caliber.

Cons

A lot of corporate expectations for management without the support system for success. Our body shop was bought by Caliber and employees who worked for the independent owner for several years were the first to go. Good people with loyal service starting over again because of greediness. They hire illegal immigrants with false documents and employees are told to turn their heads.

Pros

My Direct was the best boss I had ever worked for. Period! I loved working with most of the people on the team. Caliber did do a lot of charity work, and did donate to great causes. Breakfast every Friday. Several Happy Hours

Cons

Upper Management only care about their bonus. These people do not care about the employees that bust there rear to make sure Caliber Succeeds. They only care about how many collision shops they can open in a short period of time. It appears as if all they care about is appeasing the board and getting their next huge payout when they sell to the next investor. In the department I was in, there was ZERO opportunity to advance my career. In fact, they always hired outside, before promoting within. If you don't kiss management rear ends (are a yes man), then you are shunned upon. If you like mid size companies that are ran with billion dollar political attitudes, this is the place for you
