Pros

Great company to work for. This is not your typical collision repair business. We are very focused on not just our customers and providing world class service we also value our team members. I have worked at many collision repair shops in my career , but none with the opportunities that are available to anyone who works here. You can start sweeping the floors, detailing cars or even a customer service representative and have an opportunity to one day climb all the way to the top. We are provided world class training to develop us to have no boundaries on the amount of success we can achieve only the ones we place on our own. If you are just looking for a job it is a great opportunity. If you are searching for an amazing career with limitless potential we are the place you have been looking for. If you ever have a chance to get on board with us make sure you jump on it fast .

Cons

We are growing faster location wise than we can get high quality teammates

Pros

Been with the company for 2 years and really enjoy that they care about the teammates. Pervious employers did not care about anything to except bottom line.

Cons

None that I have seen

Pros

There's a reason why we refer to our employees as teammates - we are truly a team! Every single person I have come into contact with is always willing to help and lend a hand regardless of what tasks they're currently doing. Our culture is second to none and we are always engaging with each other. I love that we have a team engagement meeting every week to review goals, opportunities, and introduce new members of our Caliber family. There is also a lot of opportunity for growth in such a large and growing company.

Cons

It's an extremely fast-paced company with extremely busy schedules, which could be seen as a con to some people. Compensation, benefits package, and the overall organization and structure of HR resources for our teammates could use some improvement.
