Great benefits including medical, dental, prescription, and vision! Wonderful pay they really pay you for what you are doing. Respect from all co-workers

Cons

Can't be promised hours during summer months because budget cuts. Installing new services for patients but not more hours to help patients with the services.

- CVS Is very organized, and pays good attention to not just their customers but their employee concerns and questions as well. - CVS' Extra Care rewards system is structured well for the most part, and is one of the smoothest systems of customer rewards I've ever seen put into action. - Employee discounts are very generous and are not only fair, but provide great incentive for employees to shop at the company as well. - Employees are, for the most part, respected by the company and treated fairly for their work.

Cons

- Because CVS is so organized, many of the policies they put into place can become restricting to the flow of business on an average day. - High work and stress loads on pharmaceutical staff when their departments are understaffed. - The views of employees below the management levels are only polled or taken into consideration once a year by the senior level.
