Pros

CVS is a great company to work for. I have worked for other companies before but have never felt so comfortable. The CVS team makes sure their employees all have the same opportunities and sense of comfort. If there is a problem, managers and corporate make it simple and safe to report anything that is bothering you. I feel included in the store and that my opionion matters, I can truly say I really like my job.

Cons

Haven't really found any downsides to working at CVS. I enjoy my time there and don't dred going into work everyday. My co-workers are amazing people and we get things done as a team, instead of one person always getting to do the job, so there are no cons in my opinion.
