There is no micromanaging with time schedules. I have the flexibility to work early or late in the day. This helps with work life balance.

Cons

It is easy to get pulled in too many directions. It can be difficult to prioritze what is most important.

Pros

The pros are decent pay, good benefits, good retirement benefits, employee discount, young colleagues to work with, and good technology.

Cons

There are way too many metrics to keep track of, upper management micromanages each store too much. There is no time for bathroom breaks and barely anytime to eat lunch. The shifts are way too long. And they have developed a fast food mentality for pharmacy.

There are advantages of moving forward if you are willing to take on the tasks. Also management is willing to place you where your qualifications best fits you.

Cons

The waiting process to receive a offer letter after verbally getting a job offer. Also the background check is a very long process makes you feel like someone came and took the position and you will never know what happened.
