Expect to get yelled at, cussed out, and threatened by the beneficiaries you call since most are either agitated or think you are trying to scam them. Management watches you like Big Brother via Skype. New employees are expected to produce the same work product as someone that has been there for two years, and if you don't, you are threatened with termination. Expect to put in at least 50 hours per week to meet your work-plan.

More cuts of hours have created an impossible, dangerous work environment. We are beyond stressed, overworked. CVS is putting its customers at high risk for receiving incorrect medications.
