Pros
You can make your own schedule, but some restrictions. The pay isn't bad if you actually worked the required 45 hours. Satisfaction of helping people find a product.
Cons
Worked long hours because corporate would not give more hours due to self check out. So as the Store Manager be expected to be by yourself and get nothing done while your hours get reduced to nothing.
