The job isn't too complicated and can be relatively stress free if you can build the right team around you. At the store level it's pretty simple with the hardest thing just being unruly customers. But, good benefits and the pay isn't bad for the work.
Cons
Upper management consistently pushes the projections and goals back to marks that become near impossible to hit. The metrics that you're graded by don't actually measure customer service or an accurate sales picture.
