      1) Job content 2) Flexibility in work hours

      Cons

      1) Work life balance (practically zero) for my department 2) Lower than peers compensation (by say 30%) 3) Career growth is now zero - used to be great a couple of years back 4) Lack of HR and set processes 5) No mentoring or training
