      Pros

      - excellent working environment - Senior management and HR, quite reachable and open your suggestions - Great learning curve to become an credit/rating/research analyst

      Cons

      - The company has crossed its growth stage and is in mature phase, Growth will not be that fast for an individual. - Attrition is very frequent due to less than appropriate compensation. - Not that easy to to shift to different verticals for one's growth.

      If you want to learn and grow , its the best place to work. Open door policy. there is never "No" to learning

      Cons

      Bad pay masters, Very Poor Work-Life Balance. This was 4 years back. Dont know the current status
