      Good company if you get good long term projects

      Pros

      1. People are very approachable 2. Open environment if you show good attitude 3. Good onsite opportunities if you show good calibre though they are in limited regions. 4. Average age of employees is low hence you feel that youngness.

      Cons

      1. Project stability is low. Better to get long term projects. 2. As scale of company is limited compared to Big 4 you need to be open to accept project outside your skills. 3. You need to project your own visibility to senior people else good work may get vanished though some people are really very much knowledgeable and experienced in their field and much to learn from them.

      It can help you to work under pressure

      Cons

      There is not much good about the company, but because of some special senior fools whome they think are experts but they are not actually bully the juniors in such a manner that they have to resign the job.If you want to retain your new joiners remove your seniors who do not respect juniors.

      Pros

      Perks and Benefits- Vaccination drives, COVID healthcare benefits, medical insurance to include COVID, vaccination reimbursements, Wellness day offs in addition to the approved leaves, No meeting day, EAP, informative webinars and sessions , upskill initiatives etc.

      Cons

      Work life balance, Less increments, lack of opportunities for career progression for certain skillsets.
