Pros

This is a very nice working environment. Everyone is very helpful and willing to work with each other to solve problems, meet deadlines and offer support.

Cons

As CQ is a small company expecting a lot of growth, there will be some expansion pains in the future. This is not really a "con" but something to keep in mind.

Most employees care about their work.

Cons

Employees were asked to vote the company as one of the best places to work in New Jersey, which is so untrue.

Can get ahead of itself expanding into new lines of business.
