Pros

The People. The teams, the colleagues, the team spirit. Leadership, Human Resources, everyone is easy to reach. Benefits are great, the Company cares, and works with the employees to improve when needed. Overall, it is a great place to work. I fully recommend it.

Cons

Line of work tends to be very seasonal, which can add stress during some periods of time. This is expected in my line of business though, and the Company has measures to help with this.

Pros

An organization that cares about people. All people. And means it. A company that has a mission that is weaved into every decision. There are more specific pros, but these are the most important and factor into everything else. I KNOW that the health, safety, personal happiness and job satisfaction of myself and my colleagues is important to the CEO & leadership team, despite being in a challenging industry with very tough competition.

Cons

Nothing is perfect, and there are areas where the company is still catching up to others of its size, and stressful during the busier seasons. It's also a tough industry because our service is not a high priority for most clients and that is also challenging for morale but not unique to this company.
