Pros

The company says it is people-centric, and I have found this is true. CQ fluency's mission is to improve lives by increasing access to healthcare services through translation, and this is such a good mission to get behind. I like all the people I work with.

Cons

During the peak business time of the year, there is no time off and it's quite stressful to work overtime.
