Pros

They do a great job of hiring very smart and likable people. Staff is mixed between onsite and remote employees in other countries, but it seems like one big family.

Cons

The company is growing fast and that means there's a lot of hard work to do with fast deadlines!

Pros

People are friendly and understanding. Everyone helps each other out. Management is considerate of their employees and work life balance. A continuous variety of interesting projects and tasks.

Cons

There is no office in Manhattan.

Pros

I've worked in toxic work environments before so it's really great to work for a company that makes company culture such a high priority. Lots of great people who have fun but get stuff done. It's very much like working for a start-up but without the risks.

Cons

It's a growing company so there isn't always structure to things. But it gives us a chance to create that structure and impact the company. So if you are used to a very structured / corporate environment, there may be an adjustment period.
