We are glad to hear that you appreciated the work-life balance you had whilst working at CONTEXT.
As for the salaries, we are in the process of revising these in light of the current increase in cost of living. Furthermore, we are investing in various forms of training to provide member of CONTEXT with the opportunity for personal development to help them progress in their careers.
