From this review, I understand that there was not enough training in or use of more complex tools, and that the job was not stimulating enough for you. Furthermore, you believe the title was not a good representation of the role and the salary did not reflect your experience. Currently, our team is investing in training resources that can be used by everyone at CONTEXT, either in conjunction with the one's specific role, or as extra personal development. We hope that with the use of this training, delivered by both internal and external resources, CONTEXT members would feel they are advancing their skillset and have the ability to contribute to the improvement of current processes at CONTEXT. We have also been working on increasing salaries due to the increased cost of living. You are right about the work pressure. This is due to the greatly increased demand for our services that we experienced from our existing clients and also new ones. We have therefore grown our staff numbers by 30% over the pandemic. We have also increased our HR Team. We are doing everything we can to manage the growth that CONTEXT is experiencing: our existing staff are doing a fantastic job in the circumstances and we are recruiting and training people as fast as we can.
