      - CONTEXT cares about people, many of whom have been with the company for many years - The company is well respected for its integrity in the technology industry which it has served for the last 35 years - The future is attractive as new innovative research methodologies are developed

      - We do not see enough of our colleagues who work abroad, but the company is working on that

      - Work-Life balance culture is promoted by the company, and it makes a great place to work. - Good environment to learn and enhance your skills. - Great colleagues and people are always willing to help. - Good Benefits (medical and dental cover, up to 30 days of annual leave depending on the length of service, pension scheme, work from home flexibility, flexible start time etc.)

      Cons

      - Salary not in line with market rates.

      Supportive staff who go out of their way to help one another and clients in an atmosphere of excellence in research and operational efficiency

      Cons

      I can't think of any! Perhaps the temperature int eh office could have been better but it has been put right now
