      There is a lot of lack of equipments and economic founds to change or fix the equipments.

      Nice and diverse coworkers, many opportunities to get grants or do research abroad. Really it was a nice job.

      Cons

      Importation problems, but that was before I hope. With the new government I imagine that is not a problem anymore.
