      Pros

      Nice and diverse coworkers, many opportunities to get grants or do research abroad. Really it was a nice job.

      Cons

      Importation problems, but that was before I hope. With the new government I imagine that is not a problem anymore.

      It's a cool job. You get to work on really interesting things. You wouldn't be able to do it in other jobs.

      Cons

      Salary is really low. Most of the people working there are very qualified and have a really small salary.

      The argentinean scientific agency (CONICET) support several investigation lines and nowadays have a lot of Doctoral and Posdoctoral scolarships that are available for many young scientist.

      Cons

      The main cons of this agency is the needed of complete laboratories, that are constructing since the last years. It will be not a cons soon.
