      Pros

      Working here for more than 3 years now (global position) I feel I have a lot of autonomy and a good work-life balance; there 's openess for new ideas and improvements; there is a very good work environment (local HR do an amazing job); good benefits and good practices (anual salary reviews, anual bonus, medical appointments for free, etc)

      - lack of engagement from management, while working there for more than 1 year, the global head of the department has not attempted to hold townhall or engage the members in his department

      Terrible Company to work for AVOID at all costs

      Pros

      The people who suffer alongside me do so with grace. We all know we are in the same boat but we all continue to be professional.

      Cons

      -Management are terrible. -Bonuses are a joke. -No vision. -Terrible internal communication. -Lack of motivation across all departments. -Management are unable to see who is actually contributing to the business. -Many senior people have left since I joined and have not been replaced. -Frequently called upon to take on people's work who have left/been fired with no additional compensation. -Lack of communication with head office. -Wrong people in senior roles.
