-Management are terrible. -Bonuses are a joke. -No vision. -Terrible internal communication. -Lack of motivation across all departments. -Management are unable to see who is actually contributing to the business. -Many senior people have left since I joined and have not been replaced. -Frequently called upon to take on people's work who have left/been fired with no additional compensation. -Lack of communication with head office. -Wrong people in senior roles.
