Pros
Overall very strong products with a good name in the market place. Certain departments are are run fairly well, like product development and certain areas of Parts & Service. There are some very good people who work there, but there are a lot of mediocre to poor performers there as well.
Cons
Highly competitive and no communication between leadership and employees. No cooperation between departments or even subgroups within departments. No coaching and development. If they have an issue with you, you usually will be fired instead of coached to improve - especially if you are a manager or above. Very high leadership turnover. Overall, they are not an employee focused company. People would be better off working for one of their competitors (Deere or CAT)
