Pros
It used to be a good place to work. They will hand a promotion to anyone with a pulse because everyone else has already found better opportunities. 401k is 2nd to none if you are willing to give up your sanity and morals for it.
Cons
Recent changes to upper management at this location are laughable at best. They have managed to completely crush morale and any sort of self-motivation in a single year. The plant manager's highest priority is setting up his next appearance in the local newspaper, tv, etc. The overall management theme seems to be; constantly change their mind and change organizational direction for no reason, complain about and blame subordinates for limited progress, continually deflect blame to others. When that fails, lie your way out of it.
