After a work history of approximately 20 years, I was hired on at CASE-Fargo. I really thought that this place was the answer and I could not of been more WRONG in my whole life. This place hid there intentions very well during hiring and a little ways thru the probationary period, but management showed their true colors after a few days. The absolute disregard for workers was clearly evident as management just walked by with their serious faces and would only talk to you if you stopped the line because you were falling behind with no help or support. I would say that most of my co-workers were very hard workers and I enjoyed working along side most, but if you did to much the supervisor would make you his personal gitter-done boy! I saw it happen to a few good guys and it made me kinda upset on how they were led around. And THERE IS NO STANDING AROUND FOR ANY PERIOD OVER ONE SECOND....This place INSISTS you should be busy at ALL TIMES! You can't have any FUN at this place PERIOD!!!! And in closing I heard a reference about the company, from 2 different people on seperate occasions, both during my employment and then post employment. They both called it the BEST part-time job in North Dakota! It is absolutely true. During my tenure I had quite a few week here and a week there off. And then was permanently laid off and the bittersweet end. If you think your going to have a long satisfying career at this place, I would bet against you....sorry.
