Pros

Work hours are flexible, really good smart people from all over the world, lots of day-to-day challanges with the product lines. Benefits are good compared to other like companies.

Cons

Worst part is lack of any pay increase for over 7 years. They compare large cities like Chicago, IL to small cities like Dublin, GA to average the pay scales, not taking into account the cost of living for those cities are different.

Good 401k match Pretty much all of the cons listed are specific to Americas Finance Center in Racine, WI. I've heard a lot of other departments and locations are good.

Cons

I was really surprised to find out that such a dysfunctional and toxic work environment even existed. Upper management feels perfectly comfortable screaming at employees in meetings and telling mid-level leaders "not to whine" about working until midnight during close. A lot of petty bickering between departments. Pretty much every employee falls into one of two groups: the downtrodden and miserable or the pompous jerks. I was among the former, so I left quickly.

The pay is good. There are a number of very good people working there that want to help the company be successful.

Cons

There are minimal to no pay raises. There are a lot of cliques at the Burlington, Iowa facility. If you are not from the Burlington originally or you did not work with the existing management, you will be looked down upon. Burlington is the worst management team I have dealt with.
