      -Ultimate investment in charitable work by helping people to become economically self sufficient -Great sense of satisfaction by helping people to find a job -New ideas, new projects, and new potentials/opportunities -Very supportive staff. Work as teams

      -Funding is always lacking, compared to the amount of services provided, as in many worthy non-profits -Salary is middle of the pack -Facility is old

      There was a wonderful HR Manager there who has since moved on to greener pastures.
