Poor management! I Advice to anyone looking to work for CLEAR , please read the reviews on all career websites. Everyone has the same story about the Management, Culture etc....DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY !

Okay pay, some nice peers, nice office

Cons

Management is bad at hiding that they’re being manipulative, openly talk about their employees being bad, and lie to hide how bad they are at planning. Nobody got a raise in 2024 beyond the few who were promoted, even though we did well financially. They say that the same will happen in 2025 if we don’t hit the goals that we know we won’t hit. The senior leaders go to conferences to build their own clout and bring back nothing.
