Pros
I may struggle here. Most of the individuals I worked with were great. What was good when I joined Clear, seemed to disappear as the company evolved. Initially I liked the collaboration and opportunities to lead and take on additional responsibilities. These important characteristics disappeared during my time at Clear.
Cons
"Leadership" in my area seemed more intent on cementing their places and influence in the org, than on truly growing a team, and certainly did not seem interested in individual growth (at least not in my team). Clear seems to have become a revolving door, a reflection of floundering actions by senior management. It was really sad to watch the contagious enthusiasm I saw and felt when I joined Clear, gradually disappear during my time there.
