Great attention to needs of the staff, supportive, and caring. Coaching and development are at the forefront of priorities. Must be able to put feedback into actionable effort.

Cons

Capped bonus, despite huge growth results. Not the best long-term benefits around retirement and building a life-long career.

The actual concept of the company is mind blowing. Beyond innovative. It’ll be amazing to see what they’ll accomplish within the next couple of years

Cons

Literally select the world’s least professional humans. Absolutely no regard for personal life. You would be absolutely disgusted at how staff was treated during peak months of COVID. I’ve seen employees faint in the lane and management simply ask them to quickly return. OR attempt to punish them with their point system if you have to leave due to illness or emergency.
