      commission is good if you play your cards right there's opportunity to move up

      Cons

      long hours on your feet with only 30 min lunch tension between co workers. no emphasis on sales. employees do doubles in order to make more money It seems like you have to have to become friends with the management in order to get ahead. A lot of the people that get promoted had an out of work relationship with management

      Pay Sale-Sale-Sale as you are being taught in training which helps management get a extra check if they make goal although its being done without integrity and management don't care

      Cons

      Stay to yourself, do your job and no more because you wont be appreciated unless your a top sales person or management pet
